Compensation: $65,000 - $65,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
PrideStaff is looking to hire a Property Maintenance Manager for one of the Top-Rated Property Management Groups in Columbus. The Property Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a family friendly apartment complex. Property Maintenance Manager will benefit from an outstanding benefits package and other employee perks!
Property Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
- Train and supervise employees of the maintenance department
- Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work
- Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
Property Maintenance Manager Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Previous Management or Lead experience
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
