Job Description

Position: Director of Engineer

Location: New York

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the management and leadership of the areas within maintenance, reliability and engineering functions for the facility!

Position Responsibilities:

Assist with the build out and start up of all maintenance and engineering programs including overhauling current strategies, systems and management within the facility.
Develop technical experts within the facility and assist the team that is responsible for reliability, engineering and maintenance in the areas of utilities, filling and packaging.
Oversee and drive capital projects.

Skills/Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of Plant Maintenance and Engineering experience.
Experience in bottling and aseptic processing is a must.
Experience and implementation with TPM and Lean principles.
