IT Production Control Associate

As an IT Production control Associate you will provide back office support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as image & data or document transaction content management.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work with internal customers (production) to resolve inquiries
• Provide troubleshooting assistance
• Ability to complete daily reports
• Content storage and retrieval
• Equipment and Supplies deployment
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Successful candidate for this position will have:

• SQL experience
• Knowledge and ability to work with Excel and Outlook
• Maintain a positive environments, working with co-workers and customers within a diverse culture
• Excellent telephone manner and listening skills
• The ability to relate to internal customers in a professional and courteous manner
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Adaptable to change
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
• Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative
• Must pass drug test (no THC testing)for illegal drugs and background check
• Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Associates or Higher in Computer Science or experience in IT environment preferred but will train the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
