Job Description

Our team is seeking a Make-Ready Technician in the Central/ South Austin, TX area for Immediate hire. NO On-Calls & NO Weekends!

Make-Ready Technician Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Make-Ready tech
Must have personal hand tools and drill.
Must have reliable means of transportation.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong experience in the following tasks:
- Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
- Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge, or proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable.
- Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch- up painting.
- Appliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs.

Make-Ready Technician Responsibilities:

Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas
Successfully complete turnovers & work orders in between resident occupancy
Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, etc.
Perform routine preventative maintenance.
