Marketing Activation Manager

Our marketing professionals secure onsite and digital event space for our clients and activate client-specific promotions at both digital and experiential events that include football games, sports clinics, fitness events, grass-root events, and other exciting marketing solutions. Responsibilities include both individual and team leadership of strategic planning, building and executing experiential and digital marketing plans, negotiation of onsite presence, coordination for and shipping of event materials, scheduling and participating in event activities, social and digital media planning, providing post-event reporting and continuous and cross-functional problem solving.

The Marketing Activation Manager ensures our clients have visibility, positive interaction with their audience and achieve positive results. Marketing Activation Manager skills include the ability to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, willingness to travel frequently, and working occasional evenings and weekends. The Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for day-to-day administration and reporting of projects, travel and logistics arrangements, budget and staffing planning and execution, maintaining company vehicles and event equipment, documenting results through written reports, creating and delivering engaging content (photos / video / posts) to event websites and/or social media, and growth of the company as an integral member of the team. This is a full-time position with growth potential into company leadership positions, based on performance.

You will work with one of our various marketing activation teams. BBIM covers travel expenses.

Requirements

· Demonstrated Leadership experience required

· Digital and Experiential Marketing Management experience preferred

· Sports Marketing background preferred

· Knowledge of social and digital media a plus

· Event planning and direction a plus

· Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build lasting relationships with clients

· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University preferred

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products

· Willingness to travel

· Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
