Power Platform / Power BI Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Power Platform/Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and implementing advanced data models, creating interactive applications, and developing cutting-edge data analytics solutions using Microsoft's suite of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust data models within Power BI, utilizing Dataverse and Azure data sources.
• Seamlessly integrate Power Apps (Model Driven), SharePoint, and Power Pages with Power BI to enhance application interactivity.
• Utilize various Azure services for effective data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Act as the Dataverse expert, managing customizations to support comprehensive data integration and reporting.
• Create and maintain visually appealing, informative Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Implement and monitor Azure-based analytics enhancements, including machine learning and AI capabilities.
• Ensure data security and integrity across all platforms and services.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to align data solutions with strategic objectives.
• Continuously optimize system performance and data handling processes.
• Adhere to strict data governance and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen, eligible for DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power Apps (Model Driven), Power BI and Dataverse.
• Skills: Proficient in Azure services, data engineering, and data visualization; excellent problem-solving and project management capabilities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Certifications: Power BI, Azure, and Dynamics 365 certifications are advantageous.
