Options:

• REGIONAL: Monday through Friday: $1300 to $1500 weekly average (52-55 hours home every week-on average)
• OTR: Every Other Weekend Home (full weekend): $1300 to $1500 weekly average
• Extended OTR: 30 Days out and 7 full days off: $1550 to $2000 weekly average

Duties and general description:

This Class-A tractor-trailer driving job puts you behind the wheel of a late-model, well-maintained Freightliner Cascadia with full amenities. Equipped with a 24-inch high-definition flat-screen television you can enjoy the company-provided DirecTV with premium channels. As you drive, Sirius XM radio will keep you entertained. Tired of being out alone? Take an adult spouse, fiancée, or family member for only $5 dollars a week. If you tick her off; there is no couch to sleep on in the truck, but there is a single bunk over the double bunk. Or maybe you are taking someone that isn't a snuggle buddy... that second bed comes in handy again.

We are going to pay you well; treat you like a family member and keep you rolling. Isn't that what it's all about, anyway? We will give you plenty of loads and build extra time into each run to cover the things that happen on the road that your former dispatchers didn't understand. Many of our driver advocates are former drivers who know what you go through out there, and their job is to help stay safe and get those miles without the stress you may have gotten used to.

Are you looking to hit the road and stay there? We have you covered. You can drive all your available hours, take a minimum reset if you like, and just watch that check and 401(k) build. We gladly accept your mail and packages and have a driver's lounge, workout room, washroom, and more. You can always spend free time chatting with other drivers and employees at the facility, and you will quickly be on a first-name basis with us all.

We know that trucking is a different kind of life, and many truckers change jobs frequently trying to find that balance between pay and downtime. That's why we offer you several options for your scheduling program. After a year of service, you will receive a $3,500 retention bonus as a show of gratitude for your dedication.

In addition to the other advantages of working with us, you will never have to touch freight. Half or more of your loads are going to be drop and hook, but live loads and unloads are handled by lumpers, and we have them ready to go when you hit the dock to get you back out running quickly.

Experience requirements:

This is a position for experienced drivers. We require 6 full months of PAID experience for this position. If you do not yet have enough experience, please apply anyway. We have other options, plus we can notify you if there is a change to our hiring requirements or when you become qualified.

Orientation:

Orientation is a fast 2-and-a-half-day event with you being on the road with your truck, trailer, and first load mid-day of the 3rd day. We will point you in the direction of your home so you can be home in time for your scheduled time off and/or load your truck with the personal items you want for the road. You will hit the road solo. There is no need for road time with a trainer or mentor.

Compensation and Benefits:

68-71 CPM average pay (extra pay differential for Hazmat loads-if you hold the necessary endorsements)

$1300 minimum pay program

• Work your available hours (we know you will need time to find parking)

We were founded as a family-owned company over 90 years ago. We still operate with a family feel and you will sense that immediately. We are well-funded and want to pay you fairly for your part in this operation. We have a culture of caring for our staff and clients and in the trucking world, we stand out when it comes to treating people fairly and with respect and dignity.

We currently run about 350 trucks. We recently retired older model trucks and when our current tractor orders are filled, we plan to have 400 trucks for servicing our customers. Everything is well maintained. We have customers waiting for freight and drivers working for a paycheck and those things don't work out when you run old, worn-out equipment.
