Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Field Manager to join our team. As a Field Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and roofing projects. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Project site checks.
• Complete OSHA compliance sheets for each project.
• Complete customer satisfaction checklist for each project.
• Take project completion photos.
• Complete change order forms and present them to customers for signature.
• Track materials distributed to and returned by subcontractors.
• Accurately navigate and enter job details in CRM software system.
• Provide job updates at team meetings.
• Receive material orders, count material received, and stock in warehouse.
• Organize material for upcoming projects.
• Load material for subcontractors.
• Pick up material as needed mid-project and deliver to the job site.
• Ensure control of projects by managing priorities, conflicts, and risks.
• Effectively communicate with subcontractors, homeowners, and office staff.
• Balance the demands of concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of diplomacy.
• Warehouse material inventory.
• Operate forklift.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean and organized manner.
• Assist Project Coordinator with creating work orders as needed.
• Assist Project Coordinator with material orders as needed.
• Fleet checklist and daily maintenance.
• Other duties as requested by Owner or Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Show initiative and think proactively.
• Must be able to work independently and with a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the business.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
• Computer skills required.
• Lifting materials required.
• Must be able to lift and climb ladder and go on roof.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday
• Work Location: In person
