Additive Manufacturing Technician

Incodema3D is a leader in Direct Metal 3D Printing. We are AS9100 certified with a particular focus on aerospace and are specialized in Direct Metal production work. We have a team of experienced additive manufacturing professionals with extensive additive metal manufacturing experience.

We are looking for an Additive Manufacturing Technician to work Monday through Friday 2nd Shift 2:00Pm to 10:30PM.

The Additive Technician is an active contributor within a small team responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of additive manufacturing machines (3D Printers).

The primary responsibilities include:

• Receiving and verifying metal powder
• Starting printers and ensuring beginning of builds
• Monitoring builds throughout the process, and unloading parts and removing powder.
• Technicians will also operate bandsaws to cut off extrusions, perform media blasting and surface finishing.

• Ability to work well in an integrated collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivation, organization, and ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• High level of attention to detail and problem solving ability
• Strong work ethic and dependable.
• High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
