Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of clinic resources.
• Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and associated costs, assisting them in making informed decisions about their dental care.
• Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to coordinate treatment plans and ensure seamless patient care.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, processing payments, and verifying insurance coverage.
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction with treatment outcomes and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and dental software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
