Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service / Call Center Representatives!
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30am-5pm
- 10:30am-7pm or 11:30am 8pm ( this position gets shift dift for hours 3pm to 7pm and after. )
- Pay depends on experience and fit: $16-18 / hr
- All positions will start onsite - some positions available could go remote after 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries
- Provide information needed
- Document and update records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of HIPPA laws
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center
- Must be computer savvy and able to toggle between multiple programs using dual screens
- Ability to build rapport with people
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive, upbeat and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
