Job Description

As a Survey Technician at Flex Advanced Solutions, you will be responsible for conducting on-site surveys of retail properties throughout not just California; now in FL, TX, IL as we are growing. Your primary duties will include taking basic measurements, capturing photos, documenting information, filling out survey forms, and occasionally creating rough sketches.

This position is on a per-project basis, providing flexibility and opportunities for varied work experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site surveys of retail properties to gather essential data for construction proposals.

- Take accurate measurements and capture detailed photos of designated areas.

- Document all relevant information efficiently and accurately.

- Complete survey forms according to company standards.

- Occasionally create rough sketches to supplement survey data.

- Work collaboratively with construction contractors to ensure accurate project proposals.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Over the age of 21.

- Ability to travel for extended periods of time as required.

- Willingness to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Construction background is a plus, but not required.
