Job Description

Change Management Analyst (Junior)

Personnel Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of relative experience, OR
A master’s degree and one (1) year of relative experience, OR
At least seven (7) years of relative experience in an IT field in lieu of a degree.
At least three (3) years’ experience in developing, implementing, or evaluating IT change management policies, procedures, and configuration management plans.
At least two (2) years’ experience in NIST, FISMA and SOX compliance background, experience developing, implementing, or evaluating security policies and procedures, system security plans, security audit plans, and security risk assessment plans.

Capabilities

Implementation of full Lifecycle Change Management activities and processes.
Experience in FISMA, SOX and NIST Framework.
Solid understanding of Change Management, Audit and Accountability, Configuration Management and Risk Assessment control families in NIST.
Project management experience.
Strong team player committed to excellence.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
