Job Title: Enterprise Lead Solutions Manager/ Project Manager

Overview:

As part of the Retail Buying Experience (RBE) Department, the Enterprise Lead Solutions Manager plays a key role in enhancing the retail buying process for Audi customers. This role involves refining strategies and managing day-to-day operations for the Audi Enterprise Leads Management System (ELMS), focusing on integrating digital tools and optimizing the buying experience.

Responsibilities:

Daily Responsibilities (50%):

• Collaborate with ELMS stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Monitor ELMS operations and provide support to dealers and corporate users.
• Handle ad hoc report requests and support various departments.
• Manage phone leads and call tracking.

Monthly Responsibilities (25%):

• Prepare monthly summary reports for field personnel.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) relationships and optimize partners.
• Handle invoicing and budget management for ELMS.
• Support marketing initiatives related to lead generation.

Transition Responsibilities (15%):

• Act as the main point of contact for ELMS transition.
• Manage the transition of ELMS vendor.
• Support the implementation of the oneAudi Digital Dealership website platform.

Strategic Responsibilities (10%):

• Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data capture for new trends within ELMS dashboards.
• Establish long-term reporting strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address data deficiencies.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.

Specialized Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in automotive retail sales and service environment.
• Expertise in digital buying experience tools and digital transformation.
• Budget management and change implementation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and analytics experience.

Work Flexibility:

• Domestic travel up to 25% may be required.
• Flexible work schedule.
