The Position:

Our Sales & Account Management Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team in the entire sales lifecycle, which includes developing an annual sales plan, prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, including the sales of services and products to those customers, and oversight of the marketing function to ensure successful outreach to our target market. Additionally, the role will be responsible for prospecting and closing a very small amount of new business as well as managing a small number of existing customers as an Account Manager. The role will also act as a point of escalation should team members require assistance with their assigned accounts. It’s important to note that a large portion of the work the department is involved in revolves around providing recommendations and guidance to existing customers in the support of their technology footprint and their practice objectives. This role will also provide continual improvement of processes and standards to provide a consistent client experience. Qualified candidates MUST have the ability to communicate to clients and co-workers at both technical and non-technical levels. Ideal candidates are self-directed, innovative, organized, flexible, and can consistently maintain our high-quality standards. The desire and drive to build and maintain customer relationships is a key function of this role. This candidate will also be able to exhibit a sense of urgency in providing exceptional quality service to clients and setting and managing expectations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate / Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience leading and managing a team
  • 2+ years experience in a technology-focused environment helpful
  • 2+ years of consultative sales experience in the B2B space
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills

 

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Responsibilities

  • Weekly review of the sales funnel with the ability to motivate and guide new business and customer success teams to sales plan attainment
  • Develop training programs to develop and refine the skills of the sales team.
  • Ability to think like a business owner
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Integrity's service offerings and be able to convey their value
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care
  • Successful track record selling relevant technical products and/or support
  • Positive attitude and drive with excellent consultation skills who enjoys working with customers and external audiences
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in general office applications
  • Conceptual understanding of computer technology, such as networking, operating systems, etc.

HR Information:

  • Salary $85,000-$125,000 On Target Earnings, negotiable with experience
