Our Agency is expanding and growing in Iredell/ Stanly, NC and surrounding areas. We are actively seeking a goal oriented and coachable Outside Sales Professional. The right candidate will be PASSIONATE about HELPING others and THRIVES on being paid what you are worth. This is a full time, business to business sales position with unlimited income potential and career advancement. The right candidate will need to be coachable and goal oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients and businesses
• Prospect, identify and engage potential clients to understand their needs while presenting suitable coverage options
• Building relationships and positively impact your community
• Provide top notch customer service
• Work effectively in the business to business market
• Be motivated to succeed

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to work independently and manage your time
• Must have a positive attitude when you are challenged and stay persistent
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Must be extremely coachable
