Would you like a fun, meaningful career where you can make a difference in the lives of adults? Blue Sky, Inc. is seeking a full-time house manager to work with adults with disabilities or mental health diagnoses in a residential setting in Moorhead, MN. In this position, you will:
- Work full-time
- $20/hour
- Support clients (males) to succeed in everyday activities.
- Support positive strategies to improve behaviors and outcomes.
- Ensure the health and safety of the individuals served.
- Coordinate between participants team members
- Manage household duties
- Work split shifts
- Be on call when needed
- Provides on-going supervision to staff
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background screening.
- Previous group home experience preferred
