Condition Based Maintenance Controls Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Condition Based Maintenance Controls Analyst to join our team at our facility in Avon, NY, 14414. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Conveyor Systems, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and other related skills to ensure the smooth operation of our industrial automation equipment.

• Creating preventive maintenance plans for industrial automation equipment
• Utilizing PLC troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair issues
• Performing machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
• Troubleshooting industrial automation equipment, including servo motors and VFDs
• Conducting mechanical troubleshooting on various machinery
• Utilizing pipefitting skills to maintain equipment
• Collaborating with OEMs such as B&R Industrial Automation, Allen Bradley, and Siemens

• Experience working with Conveyor Systems and industrial automation equipment
• Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Servo Motors
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and hydraulics
• Ability to troubleshoot industrial automation equipment effectively
• Experience with machine safety inspections and creating preventive maintenance plans
• Familiarity with machine brands such as B&R Industrial Automation, Allen Bradley, and Siemens
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and pipefitting experience
