We're looking for a driven Junior Project Coordinator to play a key role in the JFK Airport Redevelopment Program (JFKR). Be a part of a dynamic team, where you will work on multiple infrastructure projects, contributing to the modernization of one of the world's busiest airports. This is an in-person position at the JFK Redevelopment office at JFK Airport.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assists Project Managers in the administration and execution of design and construction
- Assists in maintaining record drawings, project files, test results and
- Assists in the logging, tracking, and processing requests for information, submittals, change orders, and other project deliverables.
- Prepares project progress reports, agendas, and minutes for meetings, conducts pre- construction meetings, and assists in preparing final project close-out documents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, and 2 years relevant experience, or
- In lieu of education, 5 years of relevant
- Construction experience in civil infrastructure
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Aviation experience
- BIM/CAD abilities
- Familiar with program management information systems (e-Builder, )
- Project coordination/communications skills
- Fundamentals of Engineering Certified
