Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional that is looking for a positive work environment, where hard work and good times go hand in hand.

We are seeking an experienced full-time Regional Legal Operations Manager for our Northern (Hartford or Waterbury) and Southern Connecticut (New Haven or Bridgeport) locations. This role involves leading, supporting, and managing a regional team to ensure compliance with company practices, policies and procedures across a full range of subject matters specific to the effective case management of a high volume of personal injury cases (motor vehicle, motorcycle, trucking, pedestrian, medical malpractice, product liability, slip and fall, dog bite, nursing home negligence).The ideal candidate has a track record of success managing paralegals, understanding business metrics and feels comfortable in an executive setting. This person also has a deep understanding of Plaintiff Personal Injury matters and case flow along with expert use in legal systems and software. Tasks include training and development, quality assurance, production oversight, case management and basic oversight of team attendance.
