Job DescriptionCompany Description
Greet residents, employees, contractors and all visitors. Answer every phone call. Communicate all necessary information and exchange keys with the employee on the following shift. Make sure there are copies of all forms used by the front desk. Prevent any uninvited guests from being at any time in the lobby. Must call the residents who will escort their invited guests to their apartments. Always be professional. No foul language or fraternization is permitted.
