Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Restoration of a rental until to rent-ready standards as defined by the property specifications.

Turning Apartments
Debris removal
Carpet removal
drywall repair
Touch ups
Minor plumbing
Minor electrical repairs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
