Automated Health Systems has full time call center positions available in Tallahassee, FL.

Work from home roles available.  All equipment provided.  Pickup required in Tallahassee, FL

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting callers.

Qualifications for the position include:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
  • Associate degree in related field preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.

 

Available shifts from 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Training is paid 3 weeks.
