An entrepreneurial-stage company in rapid growth mode is looking for additional members to join its board of directors. The company is involved in branding, promotion, and media, and it requires some strategic and operational input from several experienced senior-level executives (or former executives) with successful backgrounds in such areas as entrepreneurship, sales and marketing, advertising, management, organizational administration, systems, and accounting (semi-retired or fully-retired applicants will be considered). These positions are almost entirely remote, with compensation on a per-quarter and per-meeting basis. Occasional travel is fully compensated with complete expense coverage. Incentives are possible.
