Job description
We're looking for someone friendly and helpful to join our team and assist our customers from home. Your main job will be to talk to customers over the phone, email, or chat and help them with any questions or problems they have. You'll need to be good at listening, solving problems, and making customers happy.
Responsibilities
* Talk to customers politely and help them with any questions or problems they have.
* Learn about our products so you can give customers the right information.
* If a customer has a big problem, you'll need to tell someone who can help fix it.
* Keep track of all your conversations with customers so we know what's going on.
* Work with the team to make sure we're doing the best we can for our customers.
Requirements
*You should have some experience talking to people, either in person or on the phone.
*It's important to be able to write and speak clearly so customers understand you.
*You need to be good at solving problems and staying calm, even if a customer is upset.
*You'll be using a computer a lot, so you should be comfortable with that.
*You'll need a quiet place to work at home and a good internet connection.
