Seeking a seasoned, highly motivated and customer service driven Maintenance Supervisor for apartment community located in Brooklyn, NY. APARTMENT INCLUDED WITH POSITION

Requirements:

  1. 24/7 availability for emergencies
  2. reliable transportation
  3. valid NY Driver’s License
  4. independent leader/manager
  5. strong communication
  6. experienced with training
  7. organization
  8. customer service skills
  9. team player mentality

Responsibilities:

  1. Turning apartments
  2. Organizing/prioritizing maintenance tasks including work orders and repairs.
  3. Supervising/participating in all aspects of the preventative maintenance program, all snow removal efforts, as well as the rotating on-call emergency request function
