Job description
We are looking for a (Human Resources) HR Coordinator to join our First Choice Staffing team and implement various human resources programs at an off site location . Must have broad knowledge of human resource functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. Position requires a wide range of HR tasks, such as Recruiting, maintaining personnel, payroll, and other confidential employee files, Safety training, administering employee benefits and leaves. Tracking of State and Federal mandated paperwork and records. Updating Data base, spreadsheets and training files. Main point of contact for employees on site. Disciplinary actions, attendance follow ups, suspension and termination. On Site Location is in Oswego, NY. Will also need to be able to work in our Liverpool Office as needed as well.

- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Recruitment of Industrial and Clerical employees
- Onboarding
- Maintaining confidential employee files

- Direct Supervision of On site employees
Skills
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws

This is a Direct Hire Position. This is a Long-Term Part-Time Position.
Pay Rate DOE approximately $25 - $30/hr
Hours would be somewhat flexible. 24-35 hours a week.
