FT Front Desk Receptionist

About: The Heritage at Lyngblomsten is looking for a full time receptionist to join our fun and caring team! With ideal hours of 8am-4:30pm, this could be a perfect fit for you! 

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls
• Welcome guests
• Assist guests with various inquiries
• Direct questions to correct departments
• Give guests and residents direction

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task different responsibilities
• Previous receptionist experience preferred
