Key Responsibilities:

• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications with finesse.
• Be the bridge between functional process owners and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and prioritization of requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities and integrate them smoothly into existing business and technical processes.
• Keep the pulse on assigned areas' systems, organization, and processes.
• Participate in requirements prioritization and project scope definition.
• Take charge of project management tasks and ensure smooth sailing from start to finish.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, providing vital reporting and status updates on project deliverables.
• Lead and participate in testing activities, ensuring quality and reliability.

Criteria & Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in systems analysis, programming, or other IT-related fields.
• A complete understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Stellar interpersonal skills to navigate diverse stakeholder interactions.
• Outstanding problem-solving prowess to tackle any challenge head-on.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for clear and effective collaboration.
• Ability to translate technical jargon into plain language for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in both business and IT-focused discussions, with a knack for influence and negotiation.
• Experience in operating within a North American distributed team.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Power Platform (Automate, Apps, and BI).
