Customer Service and Sales Representative

Job Location in Holland, MI 

Brief Description

The position of Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative consists of selling saunas and accessories primarily over the phone, but also in person. It also consists of assisting customers, both new and existing, with any technical questions regarding our products.

This position will also require some experience in data entry, primarily manually entering orders for our various merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer the phone as sales and customer service calls come in
• Order entry
• Manage and maintain various merchant accounts including pricing, images, availability, etc.
• Respond to customer emails regarding sales and service
• Answer questions customers have about our products
• Troubleshooting with customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
