Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Project Manager/Estimator to join our team as a Commercial Project Manager/ Estimator will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. This key leadership role requires excellent Project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

Develop and manage project plans and timelines
Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Provide project status updates to stakeholders
Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal and external teams
Ensure projects are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Monitor progress of projects and take corrective action when needed
Bid on projects

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
