Medication Technician
- $19 to $26 Hourly
- Part-Time
The LPN or Medication Technician in this setting will administer medications to clients and ensure that they are taken safely and as prescribed. Med-Techs will work in the nurses office for 8 hour shifts. Medications are self administered by clients as LPNs/Med-Techs observe the client take the medication to ensure they are not taken inappropriately. Med Techs work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Med Techs will monitor clients physical and mental well being in regards to their medication, and report any discoveries the Hospitality House multi-disciplinary team.
Currently Looking for Per-Diem / Weekend Availability
Every-other Saturday/Sunday 3pm-11pm
Medication Technician - $19 per-hour
LPN - $26 per-hour
Requirements:
- A High School diploma, General Equivalency Degree (GED) or Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC); and
- Medication Technician - One year of experience working in a human services program in a caregiving role; OR
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure is preferential for employment of this position.
