Job Description

Law Firm is in search of a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our firm on a Temporary basis while our Receptionist is on vacation. This will be a 7 week assignment.

The ideal candidate will have some type of office experience, preferably law firm experience, and be able to handle telephones, administrative duties, and provide great customer service to our clients.

You should be professional, look professional, be courteous, organized, and able to route the incoming calls to the appropriate person.

· This is a full-time temp assignment: Monday-Friday 8:00 – 5:00 PM and starts on July 1, 2024, and ends on August 15, 2024.
