We are looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to help with daily operations.  Perfect opportunity for anyone who needs a flexible daytime schedule. Approximately 15-25 hours per week.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Support of daily operations
  • Run various weekly/monthly reports
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Maintain and organize documents to be filed
  • Data entry
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Other administrative duties as needed
