Entry Level Personal Assistant

Sales Bizlab as we are seeking an entry-level Personal Assistant to assist in providing administrative and organizational support to our executives and team members. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant at Sales Bizlab, you will play a crucial role in helping our team stay organized and focused on achieving their objectives.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities: 

• Assisting executives with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
• Screening phone calls and responding to emails on behalf of executives.
• Managing and organizing documents, files, and records.
• Conducting research and compiling information for various projects.
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and events.
• Taking meeting minutes and distributing them to relevant parties.
• Assisting with the preparation and editing of presentation materials.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration or related field is a plus.
• Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
