One of our Peninsula multi-family communities is seeking a full time Property Manager.

Successful candidates will be people oriented, possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, excellent phone skills, and computer and organizational abilities. Must have an assertive personality with strong leasing and marketing skills.

Successful candidate will be independently motivated, goal oriented, with a sincere desire to improve the living experience of residents of the community.

Experience on-line marketing sources

Experience with credit screening, court filing, and property management software

Salary range - based on experience and level of expertise.
