Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a Versatile Associate to join our team, specializing in either the Metal Shop and/or Print and Laser department. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work. As a Versatile Associate, you will have the chance to contribute to various aspects of our manufacturing process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in either the Metal Shop and/or Print and Laser department.
Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
Flexibility to work in either the Metal Shop and/or Print and Laser department as needed.

This full-time position requires you to work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional overtime.
