Job Description
MUST be able to work any day of the week (including weekends + holidays) and be able to work flexible hours from early AM to late PM.
Assist Executive Banquet Chef in the day to day operation of high volume Banquet Kitchen. Must have excellent culinary skills, ability to follow recipes, will work any shift necessary. Must be knowledgeable in all work stations in the kitchen. Will direct cooks, garde manger during the shift.
