Essential Functions: Content Creation: Researching, writing, and editing technical documents like one-point lessons, procedures, and equipment guidelines. Collaboration: Working with SMEs, operators, and engineers to ensure accurate technical content. Revision and Updates: Regularly updating documents to reflect technological changes and ensure accuracy. Visual Aids: Creating diagrams and charts to enhance written content. Software Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other technical writing software. User Feedback: Improving documentation based on user input. Training: Providing end-user training on accessing and using technical documents. Adaptability: Quickly mastering new technical topics and tasks.
