Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in medical-surgical care, oncology, and joint/spine observation to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid RN license and BLS certification are required, with additional certifications in medical-surgical, oncology, or orthopedic nursing considered a plus. A full relocation package is offered.
