Job Description: As the DMV Services Fleet Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the titling, registration, and plate issuance processes for over 1500 vehicles across multiple fleets. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Titling and Registration:

   • Conduct VIN inspections for every new vehicle delivered to each fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
   • Complete title paperwork and necessary documentation to facilitate vehicle registration and plate issuance.
   • Coordinate with DMV locations to process transactions efficiently and accurately.

2. Recordkeeping and Accounting:

   • Maintain organized records of registration receipts for accounting purposes.
   • Input registration cost data into Excel sheets and compile monthly invoices for fleet clients.
   • Scan and email all receipts to the accounting department in a timely manner.

3. Customer Communication and Support:

   • Answer all email inquiries and questions from fleet customers regarding titling, registration, and plate-related issues.
   • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Route Planning and Logistics:

   • Schedule routes to different DMV locations to process transactions efficiently.
   • Prepare batches of transactions for processing and ensure timely submission to DMV locations.

5. Daily Operations:

   • Drive to different DMV locations and fleet lots daily to pick up and drop off paperwork.
   • Utilize company-provided vehicle for transportation between locations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in fleet operations management, vehicle titling, or DMV services strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of vehicle titling, registration, and plate issuance procedures and regulations preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for recordkeeping and data management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
