The appropriate candidate for the carpenter / handyman position will be proficient in miscellanious around the house type repairs like: carpentry, plumbing, drywall, painting, light electrical, tilework. Candidates do not have to be licensed tradesmen, but those candadites are welcome to apply.
Qualified candidates will need a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and standard tools. Candidate must also pass a background check, be a legal citizen of the US, and speak fluent english.
