Registered Nurse

Position: Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Hourly Rate: $45- $60 per Hour 

Job Summary:
Care Fair Home Healthcare is currently seeking a qualified Part-Time Registered Nurse 
(RN) to join our dedicated team. This position requires a compassionate professional who 
is committed to providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. The ideal 
candidate will have a current RN license obtained from the State of Ohio and be willing 
to travel within a 20-mile radius of their assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care according to the prescribed plan of care.
Assess patients' conditions during every visit and chart your observations.
Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review.
Administer medication as prescribed by the patient�??s physician.
Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure optimal patient care.
Document and maintain patient records for clinical study and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license obtained from the State of Ohio.
Minimum of 6 months(Preferred) of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
Ability to travel to patient homes within a 20-mile radius.
Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, 
and basic computer skills.
Physical ability to perform job-related duties, which may require lifting, bending, 
stretching, and standing for long periods of time.
