Job Description
Our Hopkinsville partner is looking for an Assembly Line Worker to add to their team!
1st shift: 5:00 AM 5:00 PM
2nd shift: 5:00 PM 5:00 AM
Pay Range: $15-$16/hour
Temporary to Permanent position in Hopkinsville, KY
PPE Required: Steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear plugs.
Job Description for the Assembly Line Worker:
- Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Report any issues or malfunctions with tools or equipment to the supervisor
Requirements for the Assembly Line Worker:
- At least 6-12 months of manufacturing experience.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Background Requirements: No CSC or Violent Felonies
- Diploma/GED Required: Yes
- Testing/Training Needed: Ability to pass a basic math and basic safety quiz
