This position is located in Detroit, MI, USA.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will perform administrative functions in a small office to help drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative and office support activities for the sales department
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Conduct telemarketing calls,
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Solve customer concerns
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Updating excel spreadsheet
- Manage CRM
- Email communications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration and customer service
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Perform a wide range of support to managers, and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. 50% customer contact via telephone.
