Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Are you fluent in both English and Spanish Do you have a passion for logistics and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a bilingual shipping and receiving specialist.

Location: Fridley, MN

Wage: $18/hr. DOQ

Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm Monday – Friday, Overtime as needed

Duties of the bilingual shipping and receiving specialist:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
• Verify product quantities and quality against packing lists.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Inventory Management

Requirements of the bilingual shipping and receiving specialist:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in using shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite.
