As an accounting professional / consultant in the equine industry, you’ll work directly with owners, trainers, boarders and breeders to help them successfully manage their business.
Dean Dorton’s equine practice is looking for additional seasoned accounting individuals to help lead our client work.
Senior Accountant
- Record keeping
- Accounts receivable oversight
- Accounts payable oversight
- Bank and Credit card reconciliations and oversight
- Balance Sheet account reconciliation and oversight
- Manage and complete month end close process
- Financial reporting and report creation
- State sales and use tax filing
- Annual budgeting assistance and guidance
- Equine specific consulting with client
- Monthly financial meetings with client, as needed
- Review/guidance of other team members on client work
