Superintendent

We are looking for a part-time Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial remodeling and construction.
The primary responsibility of the Superintendent will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site. This includes managing the budget, scheduling the work, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
The Superintendent will also be responsible for communicating with the client and ensuring that their needs are met. They will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial remodeling and construction
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
