Role Responsibilities:

•Overseeing daily operations of the dental office to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

•Managing scheduling, billing, and financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

•Providing leadership and support to office team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

•Collaborating with Dr. Palmer-Davis to implement practice policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

•Previous experience in office management, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.

•Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

•Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office suite.

•Competitive hourly pay starting at $28 commensurate with experience
