Our company is currently seeking an Invoicing Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Send invoices on a daily and weekly basis to customers
- Review rates and account status with office manager and owner when needed
- Send out statements and open invoice statuses when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to utilize various billing software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must be able to communicate in person with co-workers and on the phone and in writing with customers
- Full time (40 hours over 5 days)
